Maintenance Hole Rehabilitation

OUR SERVICES

What is Maintenance Hole Rehabilitation?

PROVIDING EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE

Maintenance Holes and other sewer structures are susceptible to aging and deteriorating that can threaten the integrity of the entire sanitary system. Maintenance holes are constructed from a variety of different materials including brick, concrete block.  Over time, brick maintenance holes have a considerable risk of losing grout, thus providing an opportunity for infiltration or the bricks collapsing. Similarly, concrete manholes bring a risk of failing prematurely due to microbial-induced corrosion (MIC) from sewer gasses, specifically H2S.  Nor-Cal Pipeline Services Maintenance Hole Rehabilitation uses a cementitious, 100% pure calcium aluminate product, SewperCoat® by Kerneos, that is a permanent protective coating and seal which adheres to the structure. This sealant protects against corrosion, infiltration and exfiltration and can rehabilitate existing manhole structures and guarantee proper usefulness for years to come. Nor-Cal Pipeline Services is Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) and Manhole Assessment Certification Program (MACP) certified.
